Yes. Our team leadership holds technical conversations in English: menu, logistics, last-minute changes. You don't depend on your planner to communicate with us. We also handle international invoicing.
Yes, if your caterer has serious cold chain protocols. We bring redundant refrigeration, extra ice, and everything is transported in controlled containers. Caribbean Colombian seafood is excellent — the product is spectacular, what matters is handling.
For destination weddings we recommend a planner, especially if organizing from another country. We coordinate directly with the planner on timing, venue, and production. If you don't have a planner, we can refer professionals we've worked with.
The Walled City has tiny or nonexistent kitchens, restricted vehicle access, and intimate spaces — it works best with plated table-service menus. Beach venues have space but no infrastructure: everything arrives by boat, a field kitchen is set up, and cold preparations and live grills are prioritized. Each venue demands a different menu.
