Origin

From private gatherings to destination weddings

Cateringcol Catering was born from the conviction that a great event is not remembered only for what was served, but for how it felt. We're a Caribbean team based in Barranquilla — not an imported brand, but the local people who know every venue, every supplier, and every logistical quirk of Colombia's Caribbean coast. We started serving private gatherings and evolved toward destination weddings and larger corporate events.

Today we work between Barranquilla, Cartagena, and coastal locations, combining contemporary Caribbean cuisine, rigorous mise en place, and a service experience inspired by boutique hospitality.

Culinary direction

The founding chef leads the menu, standardization, and menu tastings. Her approach blends local produce, contemporary technique, and a special sensitivity for event logistics where nothing can go wrong.
