What cities do you operate in?
Our focus is on Barranquilla, Cartagena, and Caribbean Coast locations. We evaluate special travel based on date and complexity.
What is the minimum number of guests?
It depends on the format. For social and private events we usually start from 20 guests; for corporate and weddings we assess feasibility based on logistics and budget.
Do you offer vegetarian or gluten-free menus?
Yes. We design vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and other options when informed with enough advance notice.
Can I customize the menu?
Yes. The collections shown are starting points. We then adjust flavors, courses, stations, and service based on the event.
What happens after I request a quote?
We review the brief, validate availability, and propose a short call to recommend format, investment, and next steps.
Do you offer menu tastings?
Yes. We coordinate in-person menu tastings at our location once the project is aligned in scope and format. It's a chance to experience the cuisine before confirming.

Can you work within corporate procurement processes?

Can you work in private homes or villas?
Yes. We assess the available kitchen, access, setup times, and furniture needs to ensure impeccable service.
Do you include decor or bar service?
We can integrate it into the proposal or coordinate it with partner vendors based on event scope.
How far in advance should I book the service?
We recommend reaching out at least 4 weeks in advance. For celebrations with more than 80 guests or complex logistics, 6 to 8 weeks ahead is ideal.
Can you operate in venues without a kitchen?
Yes. We have our own field kitchen and equipment to operate in gardens, terraces, haciendas, or any location without fixed facilities.
What service formats do you offer for private events?
We work with formal multi-course dinners, elegant buffets, interactive stations, and cocktail service. The format is defined by the tone of the event, the venue, and the number of guests.
What is the approximate investment for a private event?
The investment varies depending on the number of guests, service format, menu, and additional services. We share reference ranges from the first contact so you can plan with clarity.

Do you offer gluten-free or special diet options?
Yes. Every collection can be adapted for dietary needs including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, or vegan. We define this together during the proposal so every guest has a complete experience.
Can I book a tasting menu with a live chef?
Our Chef Table format includes a tasting menu served by a live chef. It is ideal for intimate dinners of up to 20 guests and can be paired with wine service.
Do you offer bar and wine service?
We work with specialized bar and wine partners. We can include open bar, premium bar, or course-by-course wine pairings as part of your proposal.
Can I customize a menu or am I limited to the collections?
The collections are a starting point. Every menu is tailored to your event — we can swap dishes, add stations, adjust courses, and adapt the proposal to your venue and season.
How many guests can you serve?
We handle everything from intimate dinners of 10 to events with over 300 guests. Capacity depends on the service format, venue, and event logistics.
How does the menu tasting work?
We coordinate an in-person session at our location where you taste the proposed dishes, we fine-tune flavor and presentation details, and together we define the final version of the menu.

Cartagena
How much should we budget for a wedding in Cartagena?
It depends on the format and guest count. An intimate soirée of up to 40 guests starts from COP 6,500,000 total. Destination weddings for 80-160 guests start from COP 12,000,000. Grand celebrations of 180+ guests are quoted individually. These ranges cover menu, staff, and setup — bar, special production, and venue logistics are budgeted separately.
Can we get reliable bilingual vendors in Cartagena?
Yes. Our team leadership holds technical conversations in English: menu, logistics, last-minute changes. You don't depend on your planner to communicate with us. We also handle international invoicing.
Is fresh seafood safe at island or beach venues?
Yes, if your caterer has serious cold chain protocols. We bring redundant refrigeration, extra ice, and everything is transported in controlled containers. Caribbean Colombian seafood is excellent — the product is spectacular, what matters is handling.
