Cateringcol Catering, based in Barranquilla, Colombia, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website, contact forms, email, WhatsApp, and any other direct communication channel.

We collect data you voluntarily share when requesting a quote or contacting us: full name, email address, phone number, city, event type, tentative date, estimated guest count, budget range, and any additional details you choose to include.

The site may also collect technical browsing data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, in order to improve user experience and analyze site performance.

We use your data to: respond to quote requests, assess service availability for your date and venue, prepare personalized commercial proposals, coordinate menu tastings and meetings, and send you relevant information about our services if you have opted in.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with suppliers directly involved in your event production, and always with your knowledge.

Data is stored for the time necessary to manage your request and the resulting business relationship. After service completion, we retain information for the legally required period to fulfill tax and contractual obligations.

Prospect data that does not progress to a contract is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the last communication, unless you request deletion sooner.

Under Colombian law, you may request at any time: access to the data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, deletion of your data when there is no legal obligation justifying its retention, and revocation of the authorization you granted.
